1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 90jii website at https://90jii.cam (the "Platform"), creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any of the services offered by 90jii (the "Services"), you ("User", "Player", "You") enter into a legally binding agreement with 90jii and its operators (collectively referred to as "90jii", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Company").

3. Account Registration & Security

To use 90jii Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you actually authorized such activity.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify 90jii immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 90jii is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted only one account on the 90jii Platform. If 90jii identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.5 Account Information Verification

90jii employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• You must have completed any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jii Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by 90jii

90jii reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• You are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Services.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period (as defined in our Inactive Account Policy).

In the event of account suspension or closure, 90jii will return any remaining balance in your account, minus any bonuses, pending bets, or funds subject to investigation, after deducting any amounts owed to 90jii.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your account or self-exclude at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion, depending on your preference. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and 90jii will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts.

If you close your account, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses and pending bets) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the account closure is processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 90jii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
